At Ko-ken, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached, then securely pack them in the original shipping box.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
